Operational (green): Our services are humming smoothly.
Degraded Performance (yellow): You may experience some lag time or connectivity issues.
Partial Outage (orange): A specific module in the platform is inaccessible.
Major Outage (red): The entire dashboard is inaccessible.
Maintenance (blue): We are performing maintenance to ensure our dashboards and analytics to provide you with the best service possible.
